Karan V Grover is one lucky man as he gets to portray two different characters in one show.
Karan V Grover is one lucky man as he gets to portray two different characters in one show. The difference is evident. Karan Prasad was a loveable, caring and a positive character, where as Siddharth who actually is Ranchod Tiwari, is rustic, sports a stubble and over grown hair and has a particular accent. We asked Karan on how he prepared he says, “Rajshri's had given me such a clear brief about my character that it really helped me to prepare my role so my basic funda was to create a feel. Karan was innocent, love able, you could pull his cheeks in affection. Whereas Ranchod is a crass, has no manners, is extremely money minded, is not interested in love. His mannerisms and body language is loud and his tone with which he speaks makes him sound uneducated. Unlike Karan, Ranchod has bad habit of smoking and drinking. To get into the character I smoke 2 cigarettes a day so I can get the mannerism correct.” Both Aabha and Karan hate cigarettes but its the demanding role that the actor wants to portray right. He has really taken some efforts to get into the skin of character Ranchod, he says “Even in between the shots when I talk to Aabha, I speak in Ranchod’s tone all the time to this Aabha gets annoyed and complains to him to stop behaving the rude Ranchod, I do this simply because I don’t want it to be a sophisticated guy playing a pastoral character”. Being a wanne be actor Ranchod thinks chewing the gum gives him an attitude and that it gives him a good jawline!! It seems Rajshri's powerful characterization of Ranchod is taking over Karan!
Rajshri Productions' "Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki" ends on a positive note with creating history on television.

“Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki,” maiden show of Rajshri Productions has completed a successful run of 6 years and 1400 episodes. It was the longest running show in the current competitive television scenario. The whole team of “Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki” has many memorable moments associated with the show in this brilliant journey. Rajshri Productions’ personal belief of family bonding has been instilled beautifully not only in the serial but also in the team. Everyone who has been a part of the show is raving about Rajshri’s positive vibes and atmosphere.
The homely feeling and a very loving unit is missed by everyone who were associated with the show even for a short while. Given an opportunity they would love to work again with Rajshri.
For Alok Nath who was associated with this show in the initial days, says, “I was the father of 4 daughters, whose mother was not alive. It was a central character. For me, Rajshri is like home as I have had a cherishing 20 years of working relationship with them.”
For Rita Bahaduri “it was a superlative experience working, din’t realize how the days passed. The bonding with the unit and the people around was great.”
Aamir Ali who also was associated with the show expresses, “ I would surely say that this is by far my favorite and best show I have been associated with. The atmosphere, my character, the love that I got from theviewers and from the unit was absolutely special.”
“My role had many shades, from comedy to emotional. I really enjoyed my portrayal of Sweety Bua. It was one unit I would look forward to come for the shoot everyday. It was an enriching experience to work with Rajshri production unit & team.” gushes the ever chirpy Guddi Maruti.
Samir Sharma who played Rishabh Johri was one of the central characters on the show. Samir states, “Rajshri Productions is too good to be true. One as a spectator might wonder how this show is running for so long? But when you become a part of the show you realize how beautifully it promotes values and provides entertainment to the audience with maintaining the pace of the story.”
Bhairavi Raichura who got an opportunity to play a double role in the show expresses, “It was a very nice experience with Rajshri, and they are a no hassle production house. Also my character was very interesting and well edged which made the portrayal of Menaka and Janki exciting.”
Aamir Dalvi who played Jeet feels, “It’s a great production house to work with, they give a comfort level to an actor, and are very co-operative.”
Karan V Grover expresses, “It was for one and a half year that I worked with them for this show and they were above all the expectations that an actor could think from a production house. They, for me have set a benchmark with such a professional experience they give to an actor.”
Reena Kapoor who has been the face of this daily soap, showcasing her solidarity with her character is grateful to God and Rajshri for her achievements. While seeing off the show and her last day at the shoot, Reena shared her thoughts in retrospection, “My 6 years with Rajshri have been a beautiful journey and a very rewarding experience. The entire team was amazing. I will miss working with Rajshri and the unit. I did not put any special efforts to portray Rani because like Rani , in real life I am blessed with positivity and family values. It’s so humbling when I receive letters and messages from newly married women that they want to be like Rani and imbibe patience and positivity for their family.”
Kavita Barjatya who heads the TV Division of Rajshri, with her usual beaming smile gushes, "It is really difficult saying good bye to Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki. It was our first baby and so close to our hearts. Of course we are happy that we could achieve this milestone and provide a pleasurable atmosphere at work for the entire team. I am really grateful to God and to all those who blessed us. A special thanks and highest regards to Sahara Shri, Seemantoji and Chandniji and the Sahara team for their unending support. Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki would not have been possible without Soorajji's vision. He is the man behind the show as he has worked hard and has literally written the story and the scripts to give it his touch. A big thank you to each and every member on the team of WRWMK”
Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki has left a lasting impression on its viewers with its six years of emotions and value filled positive journey. Kudos to the Rajshri team for beautifully amalgamating the values and traditions in the show.

Information About Angiography by Dr. Shailendra Trivedi (M.D.,D.M.,D.N.B(Card), M.N.A.M.S.)
History:- The technique was first developed in 1927 by the Portoguese physician and neurologist Egas Moniz to provide contrasted x-ray cerebral angiography, in order to diagnose several kinds of nervous diseases, such as tumors, coronary heart disease and arteriovenous malformations.
Technique:- Depending on the type of angiogram access to the blood vessels is gained most commonly through the femoral artery, to look at the left side of the heart and the arterial system or the jugular or femoral vein, to look at the right side of the heart and the venous system. Using a system of guide wires and catheters, a type of contrast agent (which shows up by absorbing the x-rays), is added to the blood to make it visible on the x-ray images.
Uses Of Coronary Angiography:- One of the common angiograms performed is to visualize the blood in the coronary arteries. A long, thin, flexible tube called a catheter is used to administer the x-ray contrast agent at the desired area to be visualized. The catheter is threaded into an artery in the forearm or leg and the tip is advanced through the arterial system into the major coronary artery. X-ray images of the transient radiocontrast distribution within the blood flowing within the coronary arteries allows visulization of the size of the artery openings.
Neuro-vascular angiography: - Another increasingly common angiographic procedure is neuro-vascular digital subtraction angiography in order to visualize the arterial and venous supply to the brain. Intervention work can also be performed
Peripheral Angiography:-Angiography is also commonly performed to identify vessel narrowing in patients with leg claudication of cramps, caused by reduced blood flow down the legs and to the feet; in patients with renal stenosis (Which commonly causes high blood pressure) and can be used in the head to find and repair stoke. These are all done routinely through the femoral artery, but can also be performed through the brachial or radial (arm) artery. Any stenosis found may be treated by the use of angioplasty.
Complication Of Coronary Angiography: - Coronary angiography is common and major complications are rare. These include Cardiac arrhythmias, kidney damage, blood clots (which can cause heart attack or stroke), hypotension and pericardial effusion. Minor complication can include bleeding or bruising at the side where the contrast is injected, blood vessel damage on the route to the heart from the catheter (rare) and allergic reaction to the contrast.
Cerebral Angiography: - Major complication in Cerebral Angiography are also rare but include stroke, an allergic reaction to the anesthetic other medication or the contrast medium, blockage
